NOTICE

7th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the fourth Annual General Meeting of 1635925 Ontario Inc O/A  ‘Peel Paramedic Association’ will be held at 10 Peel Centre in room MR1-985A and MR1-985B, Suite B main floor, in Brampton, onTuesday April 19th, 2011 at 1930h.

The purpose of the meeting will be to receive the reports of the President, the Treasurer and the Chairman of any standing committees.  To conduct the election of 4 Directors for the ensuing year, pursuant to the Corporation Bylaws, and to conduct other such business as may properly come before the meeting.

As per the bylaws of the corporation, only members in good standing are eligible to vote, nominate, or hold a position of office of the corporation.  Any individual wishing to participate in the nomination or voting process, must be a member in good standing as of 11:59 P.M. on Monday, April 18th, 2011.

If you are unable to attend in person, please fill out the included proxy form and forward it to any member in good standing who will be attending this meeting or forward your completed proxy to Holly @ Malton, before Monday April 19^th, 2011
