NOTICE
6th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the third Annual General Meeting of 1635925 Ontario Inc O/A ‘Peel Paramedic Association’ will be held at 10 Peel Centre Drive, Suite A main floor, in Brampton, on Monday May 31st, 2010 at 1930h.
The purpose of the meeting will be to receive the reports of the President, the Treasurer and the Chairman of any standing committees. To conduct the election of four Directors for the ensuing year, pursuant to the Corporation Bylaws, and to conduct other such business as may properly come before the meeting.
As per the bylaws of the corporation, only members in good standing are eligible to vote, nominate, or hold a position of office of the corporation. Any individual wishing to participate in the nomination or voting process, must be a member in good standing as of 11:59 P.M. on Sunday, May 30th, 2010.
If you are unable to attend in person, please fill out the included proxy form and forward it to any member in good standing who will be attending this meeting or forward your completed proxy to Holly @ Malton, before Thursday May 27th, 2010.
